Services Provided
GDD RankLine provides digital marketing and optimization services. The specific deliverables for each project are outlined on our “Pricing” or “Services” pages. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at our discretion.
Payments and Billing
Secure Processing: All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Currency: All transactions are processed in British Pounds (GBP £) unless otherwise stated.
Subscription Billing: For recurring services, you authorize GDD RankLine to charge your provided payment method at the start of each billing cycle until canceled.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Cancellations: You may cancel your service or subscription at any time by emailing info@gddrankline.com.
Refunds: As our services involve manual labor and digital implementation, we do not offer full refunds once the optimization process has begun. Please refer to our separate Refund Policy for full details.
Google Business Profile Access
To perform our services, you must provide GDD RankLine with the necessary access levels to your Google Business Profile. We agree to use this access solely for optimization purposes. We are not responsible for any pre-existing suspensions or violations on your account prior to our involvement.
Limitation of Liability
GDD RankLine aims to improve your visibility, but we do not guarantee specific rankings (e.g., “Top 3”) as Google’s algorithms are third-party systems outside of our direct control. We are not liable for any loss of business or indirect damages.
Intellectual Property
All custom website code and content created for you become your property upon final payment. GDD RankLine retains the right to display the completed work in our portfolio.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London.
